Usage instructions:

After washing your hair with shampoo, apply the conditioner to damp hair focusing on mid-lengths and ends first, then work any remaining conditioner up to the roots. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave on for 5 - 10 minutes. Rinse well with warm water.
